DMCA Policy

Effective date: April 2, 2026

This policy explains how to report copyright infringement on suriyaa.co under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and how rights holders and users can respond.

1. Our Commitment

Suriyaa Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects users of suriyaa.co (the "Website") to do the same. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and may remove or disable access to material that is allegedly infringing when appropriate.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Imprint. It is intended primarily for U.S. copyright law. For non-U.S. claims, contact us with details and we will review under applicable law.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent: Suriyaa Inc.

Attn: DMCA / Copyright

30 N Gould St, Ste N

Sheridan, WY 82801

United States of America

Email: legal@suriyaa.co

Email is the fastest method. Include "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line.

3. Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., exact URL on suriyaa.co).
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay processing. We may forward your notice to the user who posted the material where appropriate.

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

We are not obligated to adjudicate disputes between rights holders and users. We act as a service provider within the limits of applicable law.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to legal@suriyaa.co that includes (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g., URL).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Suriyaa Inc. may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after not less than 10 business days and not more than 14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

7. Misrepresentations

Anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including costs and attorneys' fees.

8. Trademarks, Logos, and Other Rights

This policy addresses copyright under the DMCA. Suriyaa Inc. also respects trademark and logo rights. Do not use our marks in a misleading way. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for permitted and prohibited uses.

To report trademark or logo misuse on suriyaa.co (including unauthorized use of our marks or of your marks on this Website), email legal@suriyaa.co with:

  1. Your name, company, and contact information.
  2. The trademark or logo at issue and any registration numbers (if applicable).
  3. The URL(s) where the material appears on suriyaa.co.
  4. A description of why the use is unauthorized or likely to cause confusion.
  5. A statement of good faith and, if you are the rights holder, authority to act on their behalf.

Patent, defamation, or other non-copyright claims may be sent to the same address with the subject line "Legal Notice" and a clear description of the right asserted.
